Reminder: Please Participate in our 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Canadian Dam Association cordially invites all members to its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is an opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of our important organization and exercise your vote as a member in good standing. The AGM will be held in person only, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m. local time in the Centennial Ballroom at TCU Place, 35 22nd St. E, Saskatoon. 
 
A few key points: 

• Although the AGM will be held during the 2025 CDA conference in Saskatoon, it is not necessary to be a conference delegate to attend the AGM.
• Only members are entitled to attend and vote; membership status will be checked at the door. If you are planning on attending and voting, please check your membership status in advance at www.cda.ca and if your membership has expired, please renew it. 

Please arrive at the meeting room early; there may be a line-up to check memberships and to receive your voting card. 

If you are unable to attend, you may appoint another member to represent you by submitting a proxy form. 

• The proxy form will be available on the CDA website and by request to the CDA staff no later than September 5, 2025. Designation of a proxy must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) to the Secretary-Treasurer via info@cda.ca no later than September 24 at 12 midnight Eastern Time. 

The agenda and reports to be presented at the AGM will be available in advance, no later than September 11, 2025, from the CDA website, www.cda.ca.
