The Canadian Dam Association is seeking an editor for its flagship publication the CDA Bulletin magazine.

Current editor Richard Gervais is stepping down in mid-year to move into retirement. Gervais has achieved the highest standard of excellence with the publication, leading it to two consecutive international awards.

Currently published in print and on-line on a quarterly basis, the magazine provides technical papers and news about the Association''s activities. It receives strongly favorable ratings in readership surveys.

The editor works with CDA's Communications committee to source both technical and non-technical content of interest to the Canadian and international dam safety community. The editor works with professional translators and an outside publisher to produce the magazine.

In recognition of the importance the magazine plays at CDA, the editor receives a per-issue honorarium.
