Preservation and Planning Engineer (Engineering Manager) - Winnipeg, MB - Manitoba Government
The Preservation and Planning Engineer (Engineering Manager) is a technical expert, leader and manager responsible for approval and delivery of specialized Water Infrastructure Preservation and Capital Engineering Programs. The Preservation and Planning Engineer is responsible for the delivery of non-routine maintenance projects, critical inspections and operational performance evaluations, complex design and advisory services during construction related to safety for provincial dams and flood protection infrastructure.
The Preservation and Planning Engineer oversees Preservation and Capital projects for the Water Infrastructure Branch from inception, through planning and all phases of design, and provides advisory services to the Construction Section through to the completion of construction.
