CDA is saying "so long" to Shona Welsh, our Professional Development Manager

After two years of bringing her professional experience and expertise in learning design and delivery to CDA, this month CDA is saying "so long” to Shona Welsh, our Professional Development Manager.

She has had many accomplishments during her time with us, from launching the pilot mentoring project and providing appreciated feedback to improve webinar presentations, to support our workshops and conferences as well. Most recently, Shona has been leading the CDA’s Learning Needs Assessment project which will develop a strategy and plan where CDA’s future P.D. activities can best be placed/targeted. We will certainly miss her guidance on the Learning Needs Assessment; however, she has left the working group with a detailed project plan so that the project will continue.

Shona has been a solid and supportive member of the Professional Development Committee. She is an active, independent contractor and we wish her well in current and future projects, including this fall while she delivers training in the Middle East. We will miss her organization and good counsel.
