My name is Patrick Boily, and I am the director of policy with the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA). We represent over 220 not-for-profit home and community care providers in Ontario. In my role, I lead the development and implementation of OCSA’s advocacy, government relations, public policy and stakeholder engagement agenda. I first connected with CSAE through some of the online resources and participating in a few events. This led to me completing my CAE® designation and joining the association. The online resources provided by CSAE have been invaluable to my professional development and ongoing growth as an association leader, and have been key to OCSA’s success. One of the best ways for a company to reduce fees and receive proactive service on credit card processing is to join a professional association that offers a group processing plan.

The scale of the CSAE group plan provides significantly reduced rates. And proactive service means that when regulations, rate categories, technologies and data security standards inevitably evolve your members will no longer be surprised.

If you’d like to explore the benefits of partnership, please leave a few details about your organization here and we’ll be in touch shortly.
