Membership Spotlight

I am the senior manager, program and academic relations at CITT. I joined CSAE after being inspired by two of my previous colleagues who were active members and CAE designation holders. After migrating to Canada, I never had a chance to pursue my desire for continuing education. In 2017, thanks to the support of CITT, I decided to take the CAE® courses because of the excellent training and professional development that was offered. Completing the courses helped me earn additional competencies needed for someone working in a professional association/not-for-profit organization in Canada. Getting involved with CSAE allowed me to benefit from the networking opportunities available, participate in top-notch presentations from great speakers, and countless other learning sessions, webinars and conferences. With all that I have gained by being a part of CSAE, I wanted to give back by volunteering as a member of the education committee for the conference last year and serving as chair this year. I am so proud to be part of this great organization. Thank you CSAE!
