Membership Spotlight

CSAE member since 2019
I started as the executive director for the Poultry Industry Council (PIC) last November. PIC offers training and extension services to the Ontario poultry sector. I started attending CSAE programs and events after one of my mentors introduced me to the organization a few years ago. I had just started in a leadership role in the not-for-profit sector and had a lot of things to learn very quickly! Membership has been so important to me as I really rely on the experience and knowledge of my peers to help me be the best association leader I can be. Now I am taking the CAE program and I am really enjoying doing a deep dive into the various topics.
