My name is Jeff Hanlan, and I’m the President of MemberView. I joined CSAE over 25 years ago when I began my journey as Manager of Member Services. In 2003, I was honored to receive the Donna Mary Shaw Award for leadership potential in the not-for-profit industry, which gave me the confidence to excel in membership development.

CSAE has equipped me with the knowledge and competencies through professional development and publications that were crucial for my growth in the membership field.

Today, I am proud to serve as the co-chair of CSAE’s Membership Advisory Group and am in my fifth year of running my own membership consulting business. CSAE has helped make my dreams a reality!
