My name is LeeAnne Maille and I am the CEO of Yes Employment Services Inc (Nipissing). I have been with my organization for 27 years and continuous learning has been a practice of mine since the beginning of my career. I joined CSAE on recommendation by a colleague and I have not regretted it. Having worked in the same organization and sector for almost all of my career, being a part of CSAE has allowed me to broaden my perspective. The CAE® program has brought me a wealth of knowledge that has helped me increase my competencies and as a result allowed me to grow my organization and become a more reflective and intentional leader. I look forward to continuing to grow professionally as a member of CSAE.
