The second week of August finds only two state legislatures in session – California and New Jersey – as the National Council of State Legislatures (NCSL), a bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the states, commonwealths and territories, is currently conducting its 2016 Legislative Summit in Chicago. Beauty Change Lives
Esthetic students are encouraged to apply by October 17 for one of five BCL│Murad Scholarships. Each winner will receive a $2,250 tuition scholarship, a Murad product kit valued at $500 and the opportunity to learn from a Murad mentor. A judging panel comprised of renowned skincare authorities will evaluate applications and consider each applicant’s creativity, innovative perspective, passion for the esthetics industry and ability to communicate. Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate creativity and passion via a three-minute online video or inspiration board.
