Learn the difference between cutting with shears and clippers and the benefits of each, so that you can unlock your complete haircutting creativity and broaden your client base

·         Spray bottle

Optional Tools: Foil shaver is a plus, blow dryer, styling product and styling brushes.

The N.F. This week finds 42 state legislatures actively meeting – including Maryland which adjourned sine die on Monday, and Louisiana which kicked-off its 2019 legislative session on Tuesday.  As always, AACS will keep you apprised of the latest state legislative developments of interest to member schools. 

In Oregon, the House Education Committee voted 7 to 0 on Monday that HB 2976 “do pass” as amended.  As currently drafted, the bill would establish an 80-20 rule for career schools that collect $1 million or more.
