AACS partner member, Beauty Schools Marketing Group, will be reaching out to Virginia College beauty students in the new year to help them locate a school in their area to attend and complete their program classes. If your school is willing to help these students during this transfer process, please contact BSMG directly by emailing hello@beautyschools.com to put your school on the list. AACS Board Director and Strategy Committee Chair, Cathy Koluch, explains the importance of renewing your membership today. Listen as she gives insight into our plan to provide more value for your membership dollars by continuing our robust GRC efforts and adding new member benefits. What are the greatest challenges facing your institution today? Whatever they are, the performance of your institution relies on the performance of your employees. Many schools have chosen AACS Online Training Center versus in-service training to maximize employee performance. In-service training delivered to a group of employees does not typically meet the individual needs of each employee. Many employees come out of the training session with no real gain in performance. AACS OTC offers over 150 online courses, giving each employee the opportunity to complete training linked to their individual performance goals. Customized training increases employee and institutional performance. |
