Just a few weeks remain to apply for a Fall 2019 Beauty Changes Lives scholarship. Ten scholarships are accepting applications through October 31. Both “basic” and “advanced” competitions are available. Fall 2019 Beauty Changes Lives scholarships are offered in the following categories:

Esthetics
Make-up artistry
Massage therapy
