This week finds 46 state legislatures actively meeting. Three states – Utah, Arkansas, and New Mexico will be adjourning 2019 legislative sessions today, tomorrow and Saturday respectively. Additionally, the crossover deadline in Washington State, by which bills need to be passed by their legislative chamber of origin in order to remain viable, was Wednesday, March 13.
