AACS Board of Directors Slate of Officers

AACS is pleased to announce its 2016-2017 Slate of AACS Directors for the upcoming election.

There are currently four (4) school seats open for election this year. These are for a three-year term. There is currently one (1) associate seat open for election this year. This is for a two-year term. The election will take place at the AACS Annual Member Meeting conducted at the AACS Annual Convention & Expo in Orlando on Sunday, November 6th from 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Watch for more information on these candidates as we lead up to the election.

Tom Marek, Tricocci University of Beauty Culture

Octavia McDougle, Beauty Anatomy Institute of Cosmetology and Wellness (incumbent)

Kent Movchan, Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy - Dallas

Jim Petrillo, Aveda Institute Tallahassee

Frank Trieu, Evergreen Beauty College (incumbent)

Associate Candidate:

Sandra Bruce, Milady (incumbent)

If you are unable to be present at the AACS Annual Member Meeting, you may appoint a proxy via letter on your official letterhead. Send the letter to AACS Executive Director, Adam Nelson at adam@beautyschools.org or have your appointed proxy bring a copy of the letter on your official letterhead to the event to present when picking up ballots.
