AACS Congratulates Beauty Changes Lives on Achieving Financial Sustainability Milestone

Just three years after its formation as a 501c3, AACS is pleased to announce that the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation is able to financially sustain itself as an independent entity. While BCL will fund its own infrastructure including operations and staff, it will continue to offer scholarships, mentorships and professional learning opportunities to AACS member schools.

"We congratulate Beauty Changes Lives on achieving this milestone and we are gratified that AACS member schools and students will continue to benefit from BCL scholarships, mentorships and learning opportunities," said Christine Gordon, AACS President.

Lynelle Lynch, president of the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation, expressed her gratitude to AACS for its support over the years. "Beauty Changes Lives’ new infrastructure will allow us to continue serving the beauty and wellness community with programs that meet students’ and educators’ evolving educational needs," she said. The change in infrastructure will become effective April 1. Inquiries may be directed to Suzanne Mulroy at Suzanne@beautychangeslives.org.
