The first Beauty Changes Lives scholarship for makeup will debut soon! The BCL MUD scholarship will be announced at the 2015 AACS Annual Convention & Expo in Phoenix, October 23- 26. The scholarship complements the hair, nails, esthetic and massage therapy scholarships offered in the BCL scholarship portfolio.
