With 5,920 state legislative seats on the ballot this November, legislative activity has slowed to a trickle. This week, only three state legislatures – Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania – are actively meeting. While AACS will continue to keep you informed of the latest legislative and regulatory developments impacting barbering and cosmetology schools, this report will highlight the 12 state gubernatorial races of 2016.
