With the addition of the latest Federal Negotiated Rulemaking, and the proposals related to Borrower Defense to Repayment, your GRC determined that it may be appropriate to color code information regarding various legislative and regulatory issues in order to help you easily identify them as you are reviewing our various forms of communication, the websites, and other forms of information sharing including AACS webinars. To that end, we will begin with new color IDs for the following major categories of legislative and regulatory issues:
Gainful Employment – Dark Blue
Borrower Defense to Repayment – Dark Orange
Cleary and Title IX – Dark Purple
More colors are likely to follow, but for now, we hope that this new effort to categorize issue areas for ease in review, beginning with today's WINK are helpful.
