Beauty Changes Lives is pleased to announce the application window is open for a new scholarship available to esthetics and cosmetology students who want to enhance their makeup artistry skills. The BCL MUD Make-up Scholarship is accepting applications through May 2, 2016. Five "Spring 2016" $2,500 scholarships will be awarded. Scholarship terms and conditions are available.
