A Gratitude Habit to Boost Your Positivity 
In light of Thanksgiving, a time when people often assess what they’re thankful for, a recent SUCCESS article expressed a great idea when it comes to boosting your overall positivity by using the "at least" theory. Whenever something bad happens, and it could be a small thing or a big thing, find gratitude in the fact that it could always be worse. The writer, Melissa Balmain used the example: There’s a blackout while I’m in the basement of my house. At least it didn’t happen when I was cleaning the cats’ litter box, I tell myself.
