Nail Scholarship Closes MondayDoes your school have a nail program? If so, your new students and prospects are eligible to apply for the BCL | CND | Tippi Hedren Nail Scholarship Program where 10 people will receive 100% of their tuition paid (not to exceed $5,000). The deadline to apply is end of day MONDAY (March 10). Entrants cannot have a start date of classes prior to January 1, 2014.
