After CND’s generous donation of $184,000 to Beauty Changes Lives foundation, BCL is now able to offer nail scholarships to prospective students at AACS member schools. Entrants will be required to fill out an online application, along with an essay or video entry. The scholarship competition is set to launch early next month.
