Summit Session Highlight

Occupational licensure reform – including deregulation and hour reduction bills – has impacted AACS member schools in a number of states.  Will 2019 bring more legislative activity in this area? Join us at the 2019 School Leaders Summit & Capitol Hill day for “Addressing State Legislative Threats: An Overview of 2019 Legislative Activity & Best Practices” moderated by AACS State Relations Advisor Brian Newman (Abingdon Strategies). This panel discussion on Monday March 4 will review 2019 state legislative trends of interest and concern to all AACS members.  More importantly, AACS members and state association representatives will share best practices on how they are addressing specific legislation and threats.
