Congrats to BCL CND Tippi Hedren Professional Nail Scholarship winner Tiffani Williams on graduating from the Brittany Beauty School and blogging for NAILS magazine!  A Fall 2016 BCL scholarship winner, Tiffani shared words of gratitude on a recent NAILS mag post, noting, "I'm so thankful to Beauty Changes Lives, CND, and Tippi Hedren for blessing me with winning a scholarship.
