Reduction in Hours Across States Continue

The Arizona Senate unanimously approved a bill last week to establish a 1,000-hour hairstylist license, as well as reduce required training hours for instructors. Utah, Montana and Kentucky are also states that have bills introduced recently to reduce hours. Read more in this week’s State Relations Update.
