In Virginia, a House General Laws Subcommittee unanimously recommended reporting a substitute to HB 1566. While updated text has not been posted online, the underlying bill establishes a process of active supervision of state regulatory boards pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners v.
