BOMA International staff and volunteers participated at the ICC meeting in Long Beach. A summary of the actions taken at the 2015 Public Comments to the ICC Group A International Codes at the hearings held in Long Beach, Calif., is attached.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation has released the summary report analyzing data gathered during the first four months of Portland’s Private for-Hire Transportation (PFHT) Innovation Pilot Program. Based on a sample size of over a million rides given by both taxis and transportation network companies (TNCs) between May 1 and August 31, the report presents a detailed picture of Portland’s rapidly evolving PFHT market. Data analyzed include trip dates and times, origin and destination information, customer wait times, trip durations, and wheelchair accessible service availability.

With implementation of anytime continuing education reporting, real estate licensees can now log into eLicense anytime to enter their required continuing education information.
