As you may know, Central City Concern (CCC) provides services to men, women and children who need help getting off the street and achieving self-sufficiency. They also roast great tasting, sustainably sourced coffee that can be delivered directly to your office for your employees, customers and partners. - Email your comments with "Comprehensive Plan Testimony" in the Subject line to cputestimony@portlandoregon.gov. Be sure to include your full name and mailing address.
- Mail a letter with your comments to: County Clerk, 1221 SW Fourth Ave, Room 130, Portland, OR 97204
- Attend a public hearing to offer oral testimony directly to the City Council. The first public hearing for the Comprehensive Plan is tentatively scheduled for November 19, 2015 at 2 p.m. Check the Comp Plan Calendar for updated time, other hearing dates and more information.
