The newly released 2013 EER provides the essential data and analysis you need to evaluate your building's operational performance, build strategies to increase NOI and stand out in the marketplace.

 

The TOBY's recognize and honor the best and most innovative buildings. Close to 80 buildings competed in the 2013 competition.

Categories include corporate facilities, government, historical, industrial, medical, renovated, suburban office parks. The office category has multiple categories based on building size.

Registration for the 2013-2014 online submissions opens August, 5, 2013.

Participating buildings need to have their Portfolio Manager billing information updated through June. If you haven't already done so, please head over to the new and improved Portfolio Manager to begin familiarizing yourself with the new layout and features.
