Regulatory News
Starting May 1 until October 15, 2025, Metro Vancouver will enforce Stage 1 watering restrictions, limiting lawn watering to one morning per week. This measure is part of the Drinking Water Conservation Plan, aimed at preserving water amidst longer, hotter summers and a growing population. Although reservoirs are currently at normal levels, proactive monitoring and management are essential.

Residents are urged to adhere to these restrictions and adopt sustainable lawn care practices to ensure water supply lasts through the dry season.
