BOMA BC is conducting an intensive research project focused on the local market to examine tenant awareness and decision-making regarding green buildings. We’re looking for buildings to participate in the study. BOMA’s ask: Property Managers to distribute a brief survey to their tenants.
What you get in return: Early access to the report results, including results specific to your building tenants.
More details: The survey comprises approx. 25 questions about tenants’ priorities when selecting office space, for example: which is more important: proximity to public transit, onsite EV charging, an attractive building lobby, building security, or the landlord’s commitment to reduce building emissions? • Surveys will be anonymous, but tenants will select their building so that BOMA can sort and share your unique results. • Tenants will be offered an incentive prize draw to complete the survey.
• Survey distribution is planned for early Spring.
Get involved: If your building(s) would be interested in participating or learning more about this study, please contact: jennifer@boma.bc.ca We had several new members become part of the Association in February. Please help us welcome them to BOMA BC!
