![]() Earlier this year, the Province unveiled a new tax credit to help you improve your building’s energy efficiency - The Clean Buildings Tax Credit. This is a 5% refundable income tax credit for qualifying retrofits that improve the energy efficiency of eligible commercial buildings.
The Province has released additional information that clarifies how you can certify the retrofit with the Province in a two-step process and ensure you receive your tax credit amount.
