Odds are, your building is in a Business Improvement District (BID), a not-for-profit set up by the city, and run by boards made up of building owners and other neighborhood merchants and residents, to provide a wide range of services to New York neighborhoods. Those services include beautification and street cleaning, advocacy work, capital improvements, and hosting events. On November 2nd at Club 101 from 8-10 a.m., we are hosting an event to allow BOMA/NY members and a number of BID leaders from midtown and downtown Manhattan to get to know each other better and to discuss how they can work together.
