BOMA/NY Calendar

If it’s the first Friday in November, it must be the annual BOMA/NY Dinner Dance. Back by popular demand on Nov. 1 aboard the Hornblower Hybrid, you’ll enjoy an evening out at sea and under the stars, with a gourmet cocktail reception and dinner and dancing to music spun by a DJ with an ear for sounds that appeal to every generation. Join us at Pier 40 for cocktails starting at 5:30 p.m., sail away for dinner and dancing at 7 p.m., and return dockside at 10 p.m. where the party continues. No need to bring your tux; our dress code is business attire. Look for your electronic invitation soon.

Consider Friday the 13th in December your lucky day—it’s the time the BOMA/NY community comes together to celebrate the goodwill of the holidays. Join us for cocktails starting at 11:30 a.m. at our Annual Holiday Luncheon, complete with a delicious meal with wine and cordials, and as always, surprise entertainment to give you, your staff and colleagues a special holiday send-off. Pinnacle Awards - Feb. 13

Who Will Take Home A Pinnacle Award Next Year? Find out the evening of Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, when the envelopes are unsealed and the winners are revealed at the 2013-14 BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards. Join us at Chelsea Piers for cocktails starting at 6:00 p.m., and the ceremony beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. Nominees include buildings and mangers from: CBRE, Monday Properties, Paramount Group, RXR Realty, Silverstein, SL Green and Vornado.
