Lean Construction Education Units 6 & 7 Almost Full

The Builders Education & Training Foundation is hosting Lean Construction Education Unit 6 on Friday, May 20, and Unit 7 on Thursday, June 23. Classes are limited to 20 participants each, so register before they fill up!

Lean Unit 6: Lean Design & Pre-Construction
Friday, May 20, 2016, 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Unit 6 is a half-day, instructor-led course that explains the concepts of value-based management, lean in the design process, and relational contracting. Register online here.

Lean Construction Unit 7: Problem-Solving Principles & Tools
Thursday, June 23, 2016, 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
Unit 7 is a six-hour, instructor-led course that describes the Lean Problem Solving Process and illustrates how to use tools to solve problems in a lean manner. Register online here.
