Invitation to Register - School-Based Health Hub Focus Group

All current School-Based Health Hub providers are invited to contribute to a crucial effort to build a template to strengthen sustainability of current health-hubs and spread this innovative and impactful approach to future communities! This focus group will provide you a unique opportunity to tell us what support, resources, or advocacy may strengthen the sustainability of your health-hub. 

The Primary Care Network Working Group from the provincial Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use physician Community of Practice invites physicians, health care providers, including MCFD CYMH workers, Foundry staff, HA staff, public health, PCN, school staff, school districts (including ICY teams), or anyone else engaged in a current school-based health hub, to join us in one of two final focus group opportunities to share your current successes and challenges to feed into the development of this essential resource for current and future school-based health-hubs.

Physician sessional funding is available, and other clinicians are encouraged to attend the event as part of their regular office hours.
