Don’t miss your chance to submit a nomination for the Betty Lou Pacey Award, created in memory of long-standing BCEA board member Betty Lou Pacey.

Betty Lou was an icon in the electrical industry and an integral part of BCEA’s growth and sustainability for decades. A businesswoman, advocate, philanthropist, and mentor, she inspired many with her leadership and passion for the industry.

This award honours individuals who reflect Betty Lou’s dedication, community spirit, and commitment to excellence. The recipient may apply the funds toward student loans or future education costs to advance their career in the electrical field.

Eligibility & Criteria:

- BCEA Member or Non-Member
- May self-nominate or nominate another individual
- Minimum of 3 years in the electrical industry
- Demonstrated volunteerism within the association or industry
- A representative must attend the Holiday Awards Reception on November 28, 2025

Nomination Deadline: November 14, 2025

Basic Electricity Course – Online
Registration for our online Basic Electricity Course is now live. This course is a great primer for anyone new to the industry or who wants a refresher on the more basic aspects of the supply chain industry. The cost is $299 GST for members and $399 GST for non-members. Upon registration, you can complete the course at your own pace.
