Mac’s II Agencies Secures Lighting Industry Heavyweight

Mac’s II Agencies is pleased to announce that Drazen Jerkovic will be joining our Project & Specification Sales team in the Lighting Division later this fall.

With over 25 years of experience in the lighting and electrical industry, Drazen is a highly respected consultant known for his technical knowledge and deep understanding of project delivery. His recent role as Strategic Projects Lighting Specialist at Houle, along with senior positions at Cooper Lighting Solutions and Douglas Lighting Controls, reflects a career focused on delivering innovative, performance-driven lighting solutions.

Basic Electricity Course – Online
Registration for our online Basic Electricity Course is now live. This course is a great primer for anyone new to the industry or who wants a refresher on the more basic aspects of the supply chain industry. The cost is $299 GST for members and $399 GST for non-members. Upon registration, you can complete the course at your own pace.

ACCIONA Energía Lauches 280 MW Wind Farm in Alberta
The 40-mile wind farm starts operation as one of Canada's 10 largest. It also has potential for expansion that could mean another 120 MWs in a Phase II. The project created about 250 construction jobs at its peak and will create 25 permanent jobs upon full operation.
