There may be benefits to waiting around for fruit, wine and teens, but waiting for a loan to reach its maturity date without examining whether it might be open to early refinancing doesn’t make the loan better – it makes the lending opportunity more likely to pass by those lenders who wait too long.

Since the Federal Aviation Administration began issuing exemptions to its ban on the commercial use of drones, the construction and infrastructure industries have led the number of exemption applications, as well as the exemptions themselves. In an April report from the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, the organization found that found that those two sectors combined made up almost 40% of FAA-approved exemptions. In addition, an NAHB survey revealed that the bigger the builder, the more likely it is to incorporate drone use into its operations.

The latest craze in pop culture has just been handed to us from an unlikely source: Pokémon, the decades-old Japanese media franchise, has hit the jackpot with its extraordinarily popular mobile game Pokémon GO. A perfect storm of 90s nostalgia, gimmicky but impressive tech and social media share potential, the game has been hailed for its ability to draw players outside to explore their surroundings through a virtual lens, raising their awareness of local interest points and prompting in-person socialization with other players they encounter along the way. Of note to Architizer readers, this sensation also has the potential to connect everyday people to the architecture around them in ways never before possible.
