ASBO MEMBER RETIREES 2015!

Congratulations to the following ASBO members who have recently retired and heartfelt thanks to them for their many years of dedicated service to students and public education in general. As recent retirees, they will receive a complimentary Emeritus membership for the upcoming year and will be the guests of ASBO at its Fall Conference on November 6^th.

• Kelly Wood, Cecil County Public Schools
• Mario Williams, Howard County Public Schools
• Kathleen (Woody) Swinson, Howard County Public Schools
• Kathy Egan, Montgomery County Public Schools
• Christine DaCosta, Lake Forest School District, Delaware
• Barbra Sater, Carroll County Public Schools
• Richard Sommer, Carroll County Public Schools
• Brad Clements, St. Mary’s County Public Schools (41 years of service to public schools, 22 of those in St. Mary’s County

Jim Jewell, a past ASBO President, also has retired after an exemplary career as Treasurer for Harford County Government and Assistant Superintendent for Business Services, Harford County Public Schools. Jim and his wife, Nancy, will be retiring to the Delaware shores.

Many of these retirees have been very active as volunteers with ASBO and we hope that they will continue to keep actively involved.
