SCOTT GERMAIN 2014 WINNER OF PAUL B BELL AWARD

Scott Germain, Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor, Garrett County Public Schools, was the 2014 winner of the Paul Bell Award. As the winner, Scott has the opportunity to award a one-time $1,500 scholarship to a Garrett County Public Schools graduating senior. This is a competitive scholarship and the school system will be making seniors aware of how to apply for it. 

Scott is a Past ASBO President and is currently the Chair of the Technology Planning and Development Committee. He also was the winner of  the Fay Miller Education Leadership Eagle Institute Award in 2014.
