FAY MILLER EAGLE INSTITUTE LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP

Fay Miller is the personification of ASBO MD&DC and everything that it represents.  She served as Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services for Kent County Public Schools for 22 years, has been a member of ASBO MD&DC for more than 30 years, has served as its President, and is the recipient of the Paul B. Bell Award.  She is also a member of ASBO International, has served on many of its committees, and is the recipient of the very prestigious ASBOI Eagle Award in 2006. Through her professional years she has mentored many young, new professionals, helping them to become the successes they are today.  Her commitment to excellence, and demonstrated leadership skills and vitality are an inspiration to all school business professionals.  

The Fay Miller Education Leadership Eagle Institute Award is made annually to an ASBO MD&DC member in recognition of Fay’s exemplary service to education.  The scholarship award covers Institute registration, hotel accommodations, and all conference meals and travel costs 

This year, the Institute will be held in Washington D.C., July 15-18 with hotel accommodations at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza. Attendance is limited to only 40.
