Interested in becoming a CPO (Certified Pool & Spa Operator) Instructor? Plan ahead for 2022 with our virtual and in-person PHTA Instructor Assessment Schools. The next virtual school will be April 11-15, 2022. There will also be an in-person school October 10-12, 2022.

If you currently hold one or more of the following PHTA certifications and have a 2021 expiration date, you have until December 31 to complete your recertification!

In order to maintain your status as a PHTA-certified individual, you must submit a completed recertification application along with documentation of 24 hours of continuing education credits (CEUs).

Storable pools in a Provisional Amendment (PA) to ANSI/APSP/ICC-16 2017 American National Standard on Suction Outlet Fitting Assemblies (SOFA) for Use in Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs, drowning reports, entrapment research, and more will be discussed.
