C410: Advanced Pool Construction is one of the required courses for the new PHTA Certified Master Pool Builder & Design Professional certification. If you're already at the Advanced level (formerly SWD Registered) and looking to move up, join GENESIS® faculty member Terry Brannon, P.E., on October 26 & 28 for the virtual C410. STANDARDS AND CODES
PHTA Codes staff and consultant attended the ICC Public Comment Hearings in Pittsburgh. PHTA, with the approval of the Technical Committee, submitted seven public comments for the International Swimming Pool & Spa Code (ISPSC) and all seven comments were approved by the ICC voting body. These comments included ensuring alignment between the ISPSC and PHTA Standards on definitions, providing additional language on concrete requirements to meet PHTA member feedback, and securing references to the PHTA-14 and PHTA-15 Standards on energy efficiency remained in the ISPSC.
