The PHTA Job Board Is Now Live!

PHTA just made it easier for you to recruit new employees. Here’s how:

The new PHTA Job Board, Work In Aquatics, is live and ready for you to upload any job openings you have. Once launched to the public, the site will attract tens of thousands of viable candidates each month looking to work in the aquatics industry. The best news is that PHTA members get to post as many job listings as they want for free through 2023!

The launch of Work In Aquatics will be a lot more than just a job board. The job board is an important part of PHTA's comprehensive workforce development effort, but it will also include a consumer-facing career website that discusses all the benefits of working in our industry as well as career paths, case studies, facts and figures, and real-world testimonials from people in the industry. Interest and traffic will be driven to the website and job board through social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.

To start posting your job openings today, create an employer profile by clicking on EMPLOYERS in the upper right of the Work In Aquatics job board page, select CREATE EMPLOYER ACCOUNT, complete the information, and click REGISTER. Once registered, you get options to promote the job and your company with your company logo, company description, etc.
