Spa Safety Covers in New York

Legislation supported by PHTA and NESPA has passed both houses of the New York legislature unanimously that will allow the use of safety covers on spas to comply with state barrier requirements. This is the same allowance found in the ISPSC that has been vetted by drowning prevention groups. The bill is now awaiting signature from the Governor.
