Exciting Software Changes Coming!

Utility Safety Partners and PelicanCorp have been working on some new, thrilling features during this past digging season to make the locate request process easier and more streamlined for our users. Among these changes will be a new user interface on our website with a fresh look! This new request page will make it easier for excavators to place locates online and keep track of their requests. We have also been testing a Positive Response feature where excavators will be able to log on and check their responses from the responding asset owners. It will be a One Stop Shop!

Innovation is the key to staying safe while excavating and Utility Safety Partners is proud to be a forerunner of technology within the digging community. USP is constantly looking for ways to improve our service and keep people and infrastructure from harm.

To ensure users have the best experience possible, we are still in the testing phase of these projects. We want to make sure the products that are delivered meet USP's high standards. PelicanCorp is always on board to help us find solutions and create the software to our high specifications. Our top priority will forever be to protect the digging community and with the help of the developers at PelicanCorp, we are leading the way! So even though some features may take a while to rollout, rest assured it's because our team is doing extensive research to make sure everything is functioning as it should. The partnership between Utility Safety Partners and PelicanCorp is a match made in safety!
