Twitter, Facebook and Instagram (we’re focused on Twitter at AMCI) trending daily hashtags allow you to join in on conversations and expose yourself to different audiences. They’re also a way to give dimension to your company’s personality and improve your search results. One of the best things about them is that they allow you to fill the content funnel and schedule posts in advance.

In thinking about trending hashtags, we’ve compiled what we think are some useful ones:

#MotivationMonday – this can be used to share inspirational quotes or as a way to recognize outstanding work

#TipTuesday – gives you the change to demonstrate expertise, knowledge and give some great advice

#WayBackWednesday or #WBW – this hashtag can be used to speak to previous company milestones or share old photos. It’s not as popular as #ThrowBackThursday, but is still a fun way to get engaged

#WisdomWednesday or #WednesdayWisdom– this is not unlike #MotivationMonday in terms of the content that would be relevant around it and is a great jumping off point for sharing industry colleagues thoughts

#ThrowBackThursday or #TBT – a popular hashtag and a great way to share photos or interesting facts that recall the past

#FridayFunday – as we swing into the weekend, #FridayFunday is a terrific way to share pictures of your staff having fun or to highlight events you’ve participated in

#FollowFriday or #FF – this is a good one for making connections and to highlight other people, associations, or brands worth following

We know we have some weekend warriors among us, so some useful trending hashtags for the weekend are:

#SocialSaturday – this is a catchall for anything you want to share

#SelfieSunday or #SS –a great way to ease back into the week by sharing interesting pictures of you or your colleagues, or even your office

See you on Twitter @AMCInstitute or on #assnchat!
