In early December, James Goodwin, RLLD, hosted the Georgia ALM chapter at WellStar Health Systems Laundry. The group had an in-depth discussion on the role of motivation and expectations in the workplace for laundry staff. The group was pleased to welcome guest speakers Tammie Hood, with United Hospitality Services Linen, and Bryon Nguyen, with NOVO Health Services, who provided their perspectives.

Thank you to all who attended and shared feedback, experience, and insight, especially James Goodwin for his hospitality, and Janice Ayers Davis from TLC Tri-State for coordinating this meeting. The 2023 Georgia ALM chapter meeting calendar will be posted at the beginning of the year with exciting announcements regarding board positions and guest speakers!
